i have a iPod touch 2g mc model and i did the 3.1.3. upgrade. I found on youtube a video tutorial to downgrade to 3.1.2 with link to the 3.1.2. ipsw. After did the downgrade i just blackrain my ipod and it works,but every time you reboot your iPod you need to jailbreak again. When did my blackrain, the first time my iPod stay on recovery mode, so i did it for a second time and it works.
