I am a quite clueless about Corporate Intranets. I have just seen a few, and the main sections differ a lot when compared. I am working on a proposal to re-build a site for a communication and advertising company and they want "the customer access' form on homepage. This company have international clients and partners. The distance and timezones are an issue for communication. The main purpose of the Intranet is swapping graphic files over FTP. I'm currently running several projects which have interdependencies, and also need to manage individual projects with dependant tasks. In itself, not really a problem.
